Grief was explained in the bolded verses.
O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your anger,
Nor chasten me in Your wrath.
Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am pining away;
Heal me, O Lord, for my bones are dismayed.

But You, O Lord - how long?

For there is no mention of You in death;
In Sheol who will give You thanks?
I am weary with my sighing;

My eye has wasted away with grief;

All my enemies will be ashamed and greatly dismayed;

I haven't read your last comment when I called you last night to confirm about hiking.
I think somehow God is working around us and I truly believe the Spirit that is in me is the same Spirit that is in you, if you believe there is.
And we actualized it! We hiked, eaten & talked! :)
