Blessed - twice!

I was looking at it at the counter but I didn't order it but I ordered another slice of cake instead...but then it came to me to my table by surprise when the waiter said,"this is free from the boss." I was so happy! Words can't explain how happy I was, feeling so blessed with the free dessert! Then another waiter came by and said, "Shall I heat it so it taste better?" Go ahead! So it was heated, the ice on top melted. It tasted so good!

This is how it look like when the ice melted.

Then, another blessing come when a free bubble tea was given with an order of only one bubble tea, it's like buy 1 free 1 for no reason (of course I knew the reason, but then it can't be revealed).

We enjoyed time and moments spent together, indeed God is good all the time, and all the time God is good!
We were thanking God and praising Him all the way! Happiest moment is to be able to celebrate birthdays together, though it was belated! Best belated birthday gift! So happy to see someone is happy at the same time. :) It is good to celebrate happy moments together!

I hurt my elbow

It has been a while since the last time I hurt myself physically by accident.
I hurt my elbow today, I can still feel it now while typing.
Though it hurts but I still continue to do what is necessary for the day.
I do felt helpless when my elbow hurts, and it is my right elbow that is hurting now (big sigh).

Remembering the Lost

Sometimes remembering the lost can be hurtful, especially he or she is someone close to you.
Crying and grieving are normal.

When I was asked how was your Chinese New Year (CNY)? I paused and said, "This year was different, because it's not like previous years." One day before CNY reunion eldest aunt from my father's side passed away. As I recalled on new year's Sunday, someone asked, "How are you?" I broke to tears remembering the death of my cousin on last Christmas night. And recently, my uncle from mother's side passed away. Last Sunday, someone asked, how did your parents take it? I guess accepting it is the best thing to do.

Three of them left because of cancer. Therefore, take good care of your health people!

Knowing that death is certain, fear shall not fill you anymore. In Christian's faith, what's next after death is heaven is waiting for you to continue to serve and glorify God there together with Jesus Christ.

Buddhists say that after death there will be reincarnation -  what you become in the "next life" depends on your deeds on earth.

I truly believe that, "Jesus Christ is the the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him (Jesus Christ)." - quoted from the bible John 14:6

And, "For by grace that you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." quoted from the bible Ephesians 2:8-10 (English Standard Version).

10th Anniversary

Hello people,
I just realized that I haven't been blogging in the past one (1) year, which is the whole 2016.
Guess what? The good news is I accepted Christ (say sinner's prayer & became a Christian) 10 years ago - I can't recall which date but I knew it was second week of January 2007, I remembered it was at my friend's house that those two ladies led me to say or pray the sinner's prayer to accept Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Saviour.

My life has been transformed since then, I became more vocal than the 'me' in the  past. However, I still remained as the cool lady or some people termed me as 'zen' when I met people (strangers) for the first time.

Many things happened in the the past 10 years, I was really thankful for the two ladies who led me to pray sinner's prayer, they are now married women, where one is a mother of a little girl and another one planning to be a mother (I am so happy for them). What about me? I still remain single and available.

Thanks for reading and sharing this joy with me.
Goodbye for now.
God bless you!
