Time has passed and it's 200th post now.

Looking at the past is like when you are driving you look at the rear mirror. 

Looking at the future is like when you are driving you look in front.

Things that you carry in your car is like the baggage that you carry in your life.

What is it that you carry today?

How does it feel when you stop carrying the baggage?

It comes to a point where you surrender everything to God.

Some people quoted, "Let go, and let God."

Thanks be to God who has answered my prayers, it is painful to feel cheated and at loss in term of material things, thank God that in due time the material things that were lost was found and returned to its owner. To God be the glory.

Pleasure and Pain at the Cinema

When watching movie in a cinema become pleasure and pain at the same time.

Watching movie in a cinema is usually a pleasure for majority but for me it is a pain after 2 hours of sitting without moving much.

I realized that I have pain on my left knee after 2 hours of watching movie in the cinema, which makes my walking difficult after a movie. It is not numb, but only pain on my left knee.

I knew that my knee injured in the last due to a few incidents at home, it could be the accumulation of incidents causing the pain. But, those incidents happened many years ago but didn't seem to give me problem other than the pain during run.

I have not consult doctor for the pain on my left knee. I welcome any advice which maybe helpful for me. Thanks for reading.
