The coming back, raining season, and cat

On the 28th November, Sunday.
As usual I went to attend morning service at church.
One hour before the service starts, I supposed to have 1 to 1 bible study with  X and Z it ended up between X and I, it was awkward at first, because only two of us (not the first time actually, and it's already the last part of the book). Z can't make it (because have to pack luggage to Seremban) and she told me one hour before the bible study starts. I accepted it, but X blamed me for not letting her know earlier that Z is not coming, she said, "If I know she (Z) is not coming then I shouldn't be coming also."
Then, suddenly the door of the room flung opened, I was shocked seeing Rachel (my ex-CG leader who just came back from UK) and Melia, afterwards Z came in and we ended our session. It's great to see 'alumni' coming back. Aunt Janet was standing outside the room signalling that it's time for morning service, we better get down to the sanctuary. Then we packed our things and went down.

After service, we had lunch together while X went home and Z journey to Seremban (it was drizzling). After lunch, a team of youths including myself practising for the game to play in church game camp (which is happening next week, 16th - 18th December). When our practice was about to end, then Pastor Lily came, I remembered last time she used to be in our church in the children ministry, and now she's back! So amazing how God work, she gave us good comment saying, "Good that you all (the youths) still gather together." She remembered some of the youths name, but not mine because I was newbie back then.

Then, I got the news that Pastor Noah, our ex-youth pastor is coming back on the 2nd December! However I have no chance to meet him, because I will be in Singapore during the weekends (4th-5th December) and he's going back to KK on 7th December (what a waste, I thought, but there must be a reason for every thing). Not forgetting Elroy who came back and I saw him on the Wednesday night in the church helping with VBS decorations, VBS started on Thursday ended on Saturday.

What happened during the few days during 2nd, 3rd, and 6th December? Working, of course! Tired not because of work but because of the dripping roof (that I have to mop the wet floor). Yes, you read this correctly, it's raining season and water starts dripping from the over 30 years old roof, also due to 'bad' piping system. I have no idea when will this end, maybe after raining season, while my boss is not willing to spend on repairing the roof, and the pipe system, it will stay like that, I'm not kidding, the wall's paint is peeling off with green moss/fungi 'decorating' it becoming a 'new wall paper' (I'm telling the truth) and sooner or later (I guess) the wooden tile of the floor will be peeling off.

At the moment, each day it rains I will prepare the mop and pails ready to collect the 'dripped' water. It became worst when water dripped from the wall (I can actually feel the water inside, between the wall paint and the inner wall, it's cold, and there's no way to collect the water, it just flows from top to the bottom, which is the floor). Flood in my office is becoming a routine, I'm working as an 'unpaid maid' wiping the wet floor almost every day. Good thing is: I'm exercising! :)

This morning, I saw a very disgusting thing: cat's droppings inside the meeting room (2 piles with it's pee), and I knew later we will have meeting, and outside the room the cat has messed up the place, trash were thrown everywhere from the dustbin towards the meeting room. Normal people's reaction would be screaming, but I was quiet seeing it, and start picking up the trash back to the dustbin after I mopped the wet floor. Hoping someone will clean the droppings of cat or cat's shit, well, this is a real working world, and no one cares, so, I ended up sweeping the droppings and moping the pee off the floor. It's not a difficult thing to do, just that it's disgusting! My office has become the cat's territory when everyone went back home and no one left in the office (I think the cat have been staying for more than a year). How do I know? Well, every quarter of the year, there's new kittens (3 at a time) born and stayed inside the store room which is the room beside my office. Each time when we encounter the kittens, we will took them out and place them inside a box near the pedestrian walkway, hopefully someone will took them away when they walked by. Yes, it happened! (let's say today we put it, then the next day they disappeared). I don't know who and how, but the fact is the kittens are gone (who cares?).
