Hi friend,
Today is special day because it only happen once in 4 years.
My brother mentioned that today is confession day..I was like, so? What to confess? (In my heart I was thinking: I confess of my sins every day, what is so special about today?).
Then he explained saying, "It's a confession of single ones to his or her special someone that he or she likes."
I replied, "Oh, I see!"
Then, I found this tradition of women can propose to men on this day as explained in Leap Day Tradition.
